Our Policies


We are always accepting new patients into our practice and welcome your friends and family.  Your referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and is greatly appreciated.


Experienced in addressing and managing insurance matters, our team will prepare all necessary insurance forms on your behalf and are always available to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits on the procedures that matter to you. When possible, our dental insurance claims are filed electronically to ensure prompt handling.


Please give us at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment so that we may attend to other patients. If you are scheduled on a Monday, please contact us by the previous Friday morning. When you are in the office for routine hygiene care we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit. This is especially important if you want those "highly desirable" early and late time slots.  Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We kindly ask for full payment at the end of each appointment and accept cash, Interac, MasterCard and Visa.
